    Mu Liu Forest's products are all researched, developed and produced, locally in Malaysia to ensure that they are truly Malaysian!

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and more!
  • Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
    Sorry! Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the payment can't be changed.
  • Can I get my orders on the day of purchase?
    Yes! You can get your orders on the day of purchase if you choose the self-pickup option, depending on the availability of the product at the pick-up point. If self-pickup is not possible, delivery be can arranged within 1-3 days subject to the location. Therefore, please check with the pick-up points for product availability before placing your order!
  • Where can I pick-up my orders?
    You can pick-up you orders at the following locations during selected working hours. Dishcovery, Kuala Lumpur Kaiju Company, Bangsar
  • Can I send my orders to family and friends as gifts?
    Of course you can! Simply provide the recipient's details in the note section at checkout, and we'll handle the rest!
  • Will you disclose my identity to the recipient if it's a gift?
    Nope, we do not have to disclose your identity to the recipient if it's a gift. There's a note section at checkout where you can inform us if you prefer to remain anonymous. Please use the note section to provide any special instructions regarding your gift!
  • What is your return and refund policy?
    Sorry, but we do not accept any returns or provide refunds. All sales are final. If you have issues with your order, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@muliuforest.com for assistance.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
    Oh no! If you received a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our customer service team immediately! We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible!
  • How can I track my order?

  • Do you have free delivery?
    We only offer free delivery during certain promotion periods. So please check our website or follow us on our social media to stay updated on our latest promotions and offers!
  • What are your delivery rates?
    Our delivery rate is RM15 for the Klang Valley area.
  • Do you deliver out of Klang Valley?
    Yes! We deliver to West Malaysia only.
  • What are your delivery hours?
    Our delivery hours are during office hours, which is between 10AM to 6PM, so please ensure someone is available to receive the order during this time!
  • Can you deliver outside of your delivery areas?
    Sorry, but we are not able to delivery out of our delivery areas due to the nature of our product. However, feel free to drop us an email at customersupport@muliuforest.com and we'll see if we can help you!
